Achievements as Branch Manager:

1) NADANTHAI BRANCH (Salem Dist):

When I stepped in, the total deposit of the branch stood at Rs.150 lakhs and when I step down, I

made it to Rs.320 lakhs. (more than 200 %). In the monthly Priority Bulletin magazine of

Salem Circle, the achievement and development of this branch was appreciated, since from the

40th rank, it reached to one of the TOP 10 growing branches.

2 ) JARIKONDALAMPATTI BRANCH:

It is a town branch at Salem City. The total business of the branch was Rs.10.00 crores and I

made it to Rs.20.00 crores with in a span of 2 years and the branch was elevated to Scale III

branch from Scale II.

Deposit and Advances targets were reached in all the Half yearly and the same was well

appreciated by the higher authorities.

3) SANKARI BRANCH:

It is a Semi Urban Branch in Salem District and it was considered as one of the most toughest branch in

Salem Circle. The Advances was increased from 4.20 crores to Rs.8.70 crores and the branch has

become one of the TOP 10 Branch from the 45th rank. The branch was elevated to Scale III during my

tenure only.

4) UDAYAGIRI BRANCH:

The total business of the branch was Rs.20.50 crores and it was made to Rs.40.00 crores (nearly

200%) and the branch has been elevated to Scale III branch during my tenure only.

The branch was considered for Best Performance and the Performance Linked Incentive of

RS.1.10 lakhs was given to me by our Indian Bank.

5) PERUNDURAI ROAD Branch:

It is a Semi Urban branch in Erode Town (Coimbatore Circle). With in a span of one year, the

business position was increased from Rs.65.00 crores to Rs.75.00 crores.
