Answer questions about Owens Corning insulation and roofing products for homeowners,

architects, contractors and insurance agencies. Place orders for Area Sales Managers and

contractors as well as registering warranties for contractors. Entering data into the Citrix system

for warranty claims.

Assist members with refunds, exchanges, credit applications. Answer the phones for the people

that cal inquiring about merchandise that the company carried. Replacing items on the shelf to

ensure that items are were members will be able to find them. Sell the plus elite memberships

and the standard household memberships to the best of our abilities.

Ring up groceries items for the customers. I had to make sure that they have a pleasant trip while

being in the store as well as bag theirs items. Restocking the shelf with new items as well as

items that customers chose not to get.
