> PC software and hardware maintenance - Set up and configuration of

desktops and laptops. Installation and updates to system software

including anti-virus. Performed system backups. Replaced or upgraded

system components such as printers, hard drives, memory cards,

routers, power supplies and monitors.

Technician: Worked at Hewlett Packard in Andover researching then

disassembling off lease servers, server cabs and network hardware made by

HP, Cisco, Dell, IBM and others. A Build of Material (BOM) and other

databases are used for research. All systems are disassembled into basic

parts (CPU, memory, hard drives etc.) and information is recorded about

each system in a Citrix XenApp application (Pegasus Proforma).
