Teleperm XP DCS & PLC Controlled. Maintenance of Balance of plant (i.e.water

had been involved in major shutdown:- Hot gas path inspection. Recommisoning of gas

turbines and Stean turbine.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

i) Directly responsible for prompt execution of maintenance and calibration

activities. ii) Collection and maintain details of all field instrumentation equipment

details.

iii) Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from Manufacturer’s Maintenance

manuals.

iv) Identifying requirement of manpower and materials for scheduled maintenance

programs.

v) Performs / directs maintenance activities of approved schedule.

vi) Diagnosis of problems or potential problems with related instruments.

vii) Coordinate instrument repair, testing and calibration.

viii) Promptly reports the events and the activities to the Site Maintenance Engineer.

ix) Carry out final inspection on Metering systems and related instruments

following a repair and execute the site cleaning activities.

x) Ensure the handing over of the equipment to Operation and proper working of

the Metering System.

Gas/Naptha, Dual fuel Combaind Cycle Power Plant occupied with 3 Nos of SIEMENS

make gas turbines (v94.3)and Steam tubine controlled by Simens teliperm xp. Here I am

look after day to day routine,AnualMaintenance Prev.Maintanance,Cort.Maitanance,

trouble shooting in running plant problems also working for Vijay fire system routine &

maintenance for fire & gas detection system. Worked on Dragger Germany gas leak

detection system.

(3) M/s Petrofils co. op Ltd. At valia.

Worked with M/s Petrofils co. op Ltd. At valia worked as instrument technician. This

plant is a continues polymerisation plant, make LURGI, 60 T.P.D capacity. In this period

I have got good knowledge in HONEYWELL DCS, TDC 3000. And Siemens make

Simetic S5100U, S115U. I was involved from project work and involved in cealibration,

loop checking commissioning and installation of filled instrument like all types of

transmitters make Rosemount, ABB Kent Taylor, Nucleonic level measurement,

Microprocessor based mass flow mitter and Acardt make LEVEL TROL over haul of

control valve with leak test, strocke checking, safety valve test and also knowledge of

fault finding in continues polymerisation & polymer yarn Plant.

> Gas Leak Detection System :-

Worked on Dragger Germany gas leak detection system. The gas detection

system is designed for the detection of Naptha, High speed diesel and leakage of

Methane, Propane, Butane with instrument ranges of power station and gas plant. It

consists of measuring head with infrared sensors. All are the flammable gases. They are

of Dragger make Polytron IR E x & Pelistor sensors. These are located in critical location

of gas turbine combustion chamber, where 2 V 3 logic is used for tripping the machine,

also installed in tank farm and other location in the plant. Pellistor type gas detector used

in a Neptha and HSD tank farm area. System supplied by Detection Instrument.

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY:

Knowledge of windows operating system, Maximo software package & SAP used

for maintenance of 655mw-ccpp power plant at Gujarat.
