Market Contractors, located in Portland, OR. It is a midsized Construction

Co. with many National Clients. Specializing in TI, Remodel and Rebrands.

Duties included but not limited to, Permitting, Scheduling Subs, Daily

Safety and Field Reports, Interface regularly Landlords, Building

Inspectors and most importantly the Client. Listed below are some of

the Clients and projects I have completed.

*US BANK. Completed well over 100 Branches inside Grocery Stores. Mostly

in AZ and CA, Several in NV, CO, and Utah.

*T-MOBILE. TI's, Remodel and Rebrands. AZ. and CA. (Approximately 25)

*AT&T. Four Retail Stores in Las Vegas, NV.

*WASHINGTON MUTUAL. Completed two Branches in AZ, and one in WA.

*CLEARWIRE. One Retail Store and one Corp. Office in Austin TX. Three

Retail Stores in Las Vegas. One Corp. Office in Sacramento, CA.

*NIKE. Retail Outlet Store, Arizona Mills Mall.

*FOOTLOCKER. Two Retail Stores in the Lynwood Mall, Seattle, WA.

*RADIO SHACK. Retail Store in the Glendale Galleria, Glendale AZ.

*DSW. One Retail Shoe Store in the Ontario Mills mall, Ontario, CA. and one

in the South Coast Plaza, Newport Beach, CA.

*SPRINT. One Retail Store in Sacramento, CA. and two in the Phoenix, AZ

area.

2000-2003 National MallFront, Dear Valley, AZ.

As working Superintendent I traveled to eleven different States. When not

on the road, I worked in the either the Casework Dept. or the Metal Shop.

Clients included. CAPITAL GRILL, JOSE CUERVO, PAC SUN, MORTEN'S

Restaurants, WRANGLER JEANS, DEMO, DICK CLARK Restaurants, AT&T, FOX

NETWORK SPORTS BARS.

1998-2000 Suncor Enterprises. Phoenix, AZ.

Suncor a small Construction Co., doing both Residential and commercial

building in the Phoenix area. Clientele consisted mostly Resorts and

Hotels.

Duties consisted of just about everything, Estimating, Selling, Purchasing,

Scheduling, Prepare and pull Permits, Supervision, prepare and review

Submittals, job Costing, interfacing with Clients and Inspectors. Two of

the main Clients were The Boulders Resort in Cave Creek, and The Sanctuary

on Camelback Mountain.

CERTIFICATIONS

OSHA 10 & 30. ANSI AREIAL PLATFORM and FORKLIFT. CPR and STANDARD FIRST

AID. TSA CLEARANCE (PHX & CLT) HAZMAT

EDUCATION

High School Graduate, with some College.

Computer literate. References, hobbies, and job experience prior to 1998
