With over 20 years of experience in Property and Casualty leadership

Vice President of Claims

. With 12 direct reports and 180 indirect reports: Responsible for the

overall direction, performance, budget management and revenue

production of the Mid-Atlantic Region to include claim and managed

care operations for both public entity and private employers.

claim leader reporting directly to the President of SUFI. Responsible

for the takeover, reorganization and subsequent management for the

Southern United Claim Organization.

. SUFI provided standard and non-standard auto coverage through the

Southeast and Gulf States.

. Worked with the VP of underwriting to develop underwriting criteria

based on claims trends and results.

President

. Served as senior leader, responsible for the creation, development,

leadership and financial growth of a Mono Line Workers Compensation

carrier specializing in providing coverage to the Temp. Staffing and

PEO industries.

. Responsible for the overall management, development and

implementation of all policies/procedures and reporting requirements

for the Claims, Underwriting and Finance divisions.

. Effectively partnered with and managed a TPA to provide national

claim services for the organization.

. Successfully built, developed and managed a national distribution

network of agents and brokers throughout the U.S. specializing in the

PEO and Temp Staffing markets.
