Seeking a key position with a forward thinking market/technology leader

where my international engineering experience, gained from developing and

launching products to major OEM's, can be utilized. I possess a strong

background in engineering leadership, voice of the customer (cradle to

grave), program management, quality systems (QS,TS, ISO) and lean

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Infinia Corporation, Ogden, Utah 7/2008 - current

Stirling engine based renewable energy company, venture capital funded

'high pace low resource'. Design, develop and manufacture concentrated

solar power based energy generation systems. Interface to senior team,

board/investors and utility site developers.

Director - Supplier Development

6/2012 - current

. Responsible for re-establishing a supplier development activity in

support of launch of the PowerDish product.

flawless re-launch.

. Critique and presentation of a retractable hard top roof system to

Design, develop and manufacture of convertible roof and fluid power

actuation systems. Direct interface with GM, Chrysler, Ford, BMW, Rolls

product design, design analysis, development/test and prototype

departments for advanced composite and 'active' vehicle suspension

systems. Interface to Vauxhall, Volvo, Ford trucks for development

Product Engineer - Suspensions

. Managed vehicle manufacturer sponsored advanced suspension programs.

Responsibilities included concept design (patents granted), packaging

layouts, structural integrity, prototype build and laboratory/proving

ground evaluation.

Product Engineer - Product Engineering Division

. Principal engineer undertaking design and development of weight optimized

forged steer axle beams. Established and defined fundamental design

criteria and initiated computer based closed form design assessment

software.

1980

Design, development and production of OE and aftermarket vehicle lighting

and mirror systems. Interface to Ford, Vauxhall and EU certification body.

. Concept, design and development of OE and after market automotive

accessories. Liaison with OEM's and after market customers on mirror and

lighting system design. Responsibilities for development of front and

rear lighting systems via photometric laboratory investigations with EU

certification.
