Five years as Independent Contractor - Construction Manager and Estimator Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic: Responsibilities include managing two projects in the Northern peninsula (Samana) area of the Dominican Republic.

Project 1: 102-room hotel, resort club, with 10 luxury villas, 310 apartments, 10 restaurants, beach club and gift shop.

Project 2: 20-room boutique hotel; spa, gym, restaurant, and 16 – 2,240 square ft. homes.

Aug 2004 – Aug 2006: Chief Estimator - Strategic Fire & Electrical Corp. Bronx, New York.

Apr 2000 – Jul 2004: Technical Advisor for the C.E.O. - Corporacion de Empresas Electricas Estatales CDEEE Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Managed a team of engineers to prepare and revise bids, specifications and drawings for new projects.

Jan 1985 – Mar 2000: Senior / Chief Estimator and Project Manager for Electrical contractors in New York and Long Island.
