. In process inspection of seamless pipes using Ultrasonic, Magnetic

Particle and Eddy Current Techniques.

. Calibration of SONOTRON/EDDYTRON highly automated Ultrasonic and eddy

current machine using N5 & N12.5 notch calibration standard and

maintaining standards as per requirement.

. Incoming inspection of materials like Shafts, rolls, Mandrels,

Forgings, Castings, as per applicable drawing & NDT methods (UT, MPI,

PT),Visual & Dimensional

. Calibration of Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Electromagentic Yoke,UT

Thickness Mike.

. Preparing Work instructions as per API 5CT, API 5L and customer

requirements.

. Weld joints inspections using MT,PT,UT.

. Ensuring visual & dimensional inspection is carried out as per Work

instructions.

. Evaluation of discontinuities of non-conforming products using MPI

(Central Conducting Method), Electro Magnetic Yoke,Ultrasonic

Thickness Mike & Manual Ultrasonic Flaw Detector and carry out

disposition(Repair) as per API 5CT,API 5L and Customer requirements.

. Analysis of reworks, rejections.
