TransCon Financial, Wellington, FL (financial services) 2003-2009

Corporate Controller

Performed all accounting and financial functions including cash

management, financial statement preparation, payroll, year-end closings,

forecasting, budgeting and managing a loan portfolio of more than $40

million. Also responsible for administrative duties including banking,

contract negotiations and purchasing.

Shorty's, Inc., Miami, FL (Restaurant Chain)

1994-2002

Vice President of Finance: Directed and managed all accounting operations

for the firm. Responsible for the personnel and administrative functions,

including insurance programs and banking relations. Developed the
