Responsible for census and budget management and forecasting, labor and

expense controls, HR management and associate training and coaching, risk

management, ensure clinical systems meet company standards and state

regulations, provide direction and support to ancillary departments

including dining services, activities, and environmental services. Ensure

quality standards and facilitate the implementation of company directed

policies, procedures and programming.
