End to end Implementation of Cash Management

module including requirement definition,

configuration and technical design.

Modified existing AP configuration to support Cash

Management reconciliation requirements.

Developed automatic bank reconciliation processes

in receivables and payables and reports to

facilitate inter-organization bank fund transfers.

This included developing clearing account offset

reports.

Project Details:

Designed and Developed custom reports related to

the AP and AR modules. These included payment

documents, customer statements and invoices.

Developed interface for the Cash Management

module. This involved the import of bank files of

different formats into the interface tables. The

project required a large amount of innovative

customization work that in turn, required fresh

approaches and ideas. The end result being a

white paper presented at the OAUG conference in

Orlando in the fall of 1999
