Summary

I'm intelligent, a hard worker, and very detail oriented. I have excellent computer skills; I am friendly, detail

oriented, flexible, and willing to learn. I'm very organized and have experienced many different types of work

environments through temporary clerical assignments for the past 4-5 years, proving that I'm very flexible. I

graduated from San Jose State with a BA in Psychology May 2004, and have been looking for a long-term

position while working short-term assignments along the way.

I worked in technical support for an e-commerce company several years ago, and proving I am very good with

computers. I'm experienced in Word, Excel, Outlook (both email and calendar), PowerPoint, Oracle, as well as

Internet Explorer and Lotus Notes. I type approximately 45 words a minute.

I have excellent customer service skills as I have managed the front desk at many local high-tech companies

during various assignments. I have supported Human Resource Teams, Benefit Departments, as well as

working with Facilities, Finance groups, Marketing, Sales, and various high-level executives. I have assembled

interview packets, marketing materials, offer letters for job candidates, scheduled interviews, assisted with

travel arrangements, processed leave of absences for employees, and been the go-to person for many types of

employee and customer support questions.
