Dear Mr. Henry,

Through my experience as a Business Development Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I feel I can be a great contribution and asset as an Executive Secretary for Resource Group Staffing & Consulting. After graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Master’s in Fine Arts, I was given the opportunity to use my artistic abilities and help design a logo for restaurant called Nutmeg in Malaysia. However, I was moved to Business Development Executive due to my communication and social skills.

Although most of my previous experience comes from freelancing as an artist and a musician, it is precisely this that makes me qualify all the requirements and expectations listed for this position. Through freelancing and my time working in Malaysia, I have gained the Professional attributes you expect in an employee. I am a fast and devoted learner. Time management and taking full advantage of what technology has to offer have been essential in my work. I am proficient at web research, collecting and analyzing data as well as reporting to my superiors. Building relationships and communication comes as second nature to me, and being bilingual gives me an advantage in this area of work.

Self-motivation, hard work, and goal settings are essential to me. I am eager to learn and improve myself everyday in every aspect of my life. Respect and honesty are at the top of my priorities in my work and personal environment; this in turn helps me work well and get along with others.
