. Grew forensic geotechnical/geology forensic group from 2 full time and

1 part time employee to a dozen full time and 3 part time employees.

Revenue increased from approximately million to 3 million annually.

. Took over as President for bankrupt, newly organized subsidiary and

created a positive staff environment and profit.

. Managed project types including all phases of Environmental Site

Assessments (ESA) and compliance audits; court case preparation; site

investigations and remediation for water and soil contamination

industrial and Municipal Solid Waste Landfill (MSWLF) site suitability

evaluation and permitting; MSWLF and hazardous waste site remediation

including soils, groundwater and landfill gas; Spill Prevention

Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan development, review and

approvals; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development,

review and approvals; Alluvial Valley Floor watershed studies;

hydrogeologic studies; and mine site permitting. ESAs included

timberland properties with over 2 million acres assessed.

. Instituted an Office Safety and Environmental Program and coordinated

regional marketing/communication issues for an Environmental

Management Practice Area.

. In first consulting/Branch Manager Position, grew staff from four to

fifteen as part of initiating environmental services into new market

area.

. Implemented multiple monitoring networks, municipal and domestic well

design and mine dewatering activities.

. Established standards associated with the Surface Mining Control and

Reclamation Act for surface water and groundwater management and

monitoring.
