I am a highly self-motivated and reliable individual with great problem solving skills. I work well with

others and have held positions of responsibility in many of my previous jobs, something I am very

comfortable with. I have also spent a couple of years as a self employed duct worker and am very capable of

working happily alone and remaining motivated.

I have just returned from 8 years living overseas where I was worked as both a gardener and a hotel

maintenance man. After many years working on building sites I have learnt a wide range of transferrable

skills which have been incomparably useful in more recent roles, most especially the work I did in a busy

hotel in Australia. I really enjoy hard work and won’t stop until the task at hand is completed to the highest

possible standard.

I am passionate about photography and have had pictures featured on and in various websites and

publications including National Geographic and The Guardian.

I recently made my way back to the UK over a 5 month period by travelling overland from Singapore. The

only rule was no planes, just trains, buses, hitches, and the occasional horse across Malaysia, Thailand,

Burma, China, Russia and Europe.

I am also interested in scuba diving and have completed several courses to the level of Dive Master and

worked as a guide and teaching assistant whilst travelling.
