Executive Summary:
I bring three areas of achievement to your organization and profit
objectives: Leadership, Problem-Solving and Adaptability.
. Leadership through service to the team and/or objective. Leadership with
accountability. Leadership that makes tough decisions and then executes.
Leadership that achieves and measures results against goals.
. Problem-Solving with an awareness that problems have solutions and even
opportunities. Problem-Solving using focus, dispassion, logic and
compromise.
. Adaptability to situations where the plan falters and/or the process is
without direction. Adaptability that is measurable and reportable.
I specialize in funding, planning, program managing, launching and
executing programs that achieve specific goals and outcomes. I think
strategically and act tactically, staying intimately involved with the
stakeholders and in the processes. I know how to lead, build consensus,
create a plan, present, sell, fund and manage programs; while at the same
time, defending the goals, mission and margin. Building and working in
cross-functional teams to achieve goals and missions are hallmarks of my
career.
