Escrow Assistant
. Worked in the Lender Solutions department processing refinances
for properties around the United States. Monitored the main
email account, forwarded the emails to the appropriate
person/department to be resolved.
. Answered the phones, resolved issues where I could, otherwise
forwarded the calls to be resolved to the appropriate
person/department.
. Gathered the required documentation in order to request
subordination agreements from the various lenders.
