• Team Lead for the Central Piedmont Community College State Mortuary Affairs Project – Directed
the creation of 6 courses to train State of North Carolina employees on responding to mass fatality

expectations by developing interactive computer-based simulations. Led client and team meetings
throughout project.
• Customer Liaison for the Central Piedmont Community College Safety Training – Managed daily
operations to build and run 25-hour certification courses mandated by North Carolina for all law
enforcement officers and first responders. Oversaw the training of 6,473 students over 5 years and
provided detailed student reports to key stakeholders. Managed client relations throughout the
process with program administrators and students in compliance with FERPA law.
• Customer Liaison for Office of the Secretary of Defense FDO Program – Collaborated with a team
of course builders, graphical designers, and programmers to offer 39 courses to 4,251 Department of
Defense employees worldwide in compliance with FISMA. Worked with the Office of the Secretary
of Defense, the Defense Information Systems Agency, the Departments of the Army and Navy, and
the Coast Guard to create organization-specific training and certification on foreign disclosure of
military information.
