While I was employed at Wal-Mart Distribution Center my job duties were to ride around the warehouse

on a PE (personal equipment) and gather merchandise that was to be put on a pallet for delivery. In order

to gather merchandise I was to go to rack to rack and pick up items from a specific slot. If any of the

merchandise was damaged, then it was to be taken to a designated area. This position required me to

move at a fast pace throughout the warehouse to ensure that all of the work was completed. My work

was always completed before I left for the day. After all of the orders were filled and taken to the next

department, it was then my duty to clean up a part of the warehouse for the next shift.

Reconditioned Systems Incorporated – Shipping & Receiving

July 1, 2009 to August 7, 2012

While employed at RSI, I worked in the Shipping and Receiving Department. In the Shipping side my

job duties included packaging product to ensure undamaged merchandise. My duties also included

driving a forklift to get product that was on racks, along with putting product back on the racks. After

packaging was completed, I then used the forklift to load trailers for shipment. The types of trucks that

were loaded included FedEx, ABF and Swift. Along with packaging product and loading the trucks I

also made sure that all of the necessary paperwork was filled out, including Bill of Lading (BOL). The

other part of my job duties included Receiving. I would unload trucks that came in to the warehouse, and

unload the pallets of materials. I would then take the product to the correct department. After the day

was over I would clean up my work area, to be ready for the next day.
