Ensure production lines are running to maximum capacity, safety, and efficiency. Doing
ten minute interval quality control checks, and paperwork. Make daily employee
schedules, staggering employees to allow production lines to keep production moving
running breaks and lunches with staggered workers. Keep inventory of warehouse, not
only of outgoing finished products, also incoming raw materials, staging for production
runs, keeping full logs of each incoming and outgoing trucks, entering them into SAP
system so when raw materials is scanned at production line, it is taken from inventory as
used. Searching for new and better priced raw materials on a monthly basis, helping
company save money on budget. Working monthly with PGE to analyze peak hours and
usage, so during peak hours we could cut back and turn off lights in areas that are well
lighted by sky lights. Also in January of 2011 started a new facility from ground up in
Fairfield, CA dealing with PGE and Railroad Company to ensure that we would have all
the proper documents in order to start facility on small time frame. The building is
successful and is running record breaking amounts daily now.

incoming and outgoing product for any quality issues. Entering all incoming data and raw
materials into Microsoft spread sheets, allowing us to track hourly use of materials to
allow sufficient time to order new batch of materials. Implementing new scan software
for production to scan raw materials into production sheets and quality control S.O.P.
Doing weekly checks on orders coming from Mexico and out of state orders. If materials
are not on track for timely arrival, I would have to prepare back charge report and alter
production schedule to accommodate multiple customers. Reporting daily completed

each parts dealer. During off time checking all these items also check customers
suspension, alignments, top off fluids, as well as every car getting a free all wheel brake
inspection. If any of these items are not to specifications notify owner as well as
customer. If customer decides to do any maintenance, do so in timely manner and get
parts ordered immediately to ensure customer pricing.

Taking inventory of all finished goods as well as incoming raw materials. Watching over
production line making sure that all employees are following all (GMP’S) good
manufacturing practices. Also was huge part in achieving JLOHR’S largest harvest year
ever filling 27,000 59 gallon barrels, as well as topping 7,000 barrels in three weeks. In
charge of maintenance replacing conveyors, wiring, photo eyes, and operating equipment
to run production through breaks and lunches.
