Caudle Plastics, Dakota, IL, Owner and President made injection molded plastic parts using

engineering-grade plastic material only for Arnold Engineering, Cessna aircraft, IBM, Zerox, Oscar

Mayer, and the medical field; designed and patented new pill bottle for the handicapped and for

veterinarians

Aquamatic, Inc., Rockford, IL, Director of Engineering oversaw the design, manufacture and

quality control of valves and electronic controllers; introduced CNC machining, program setup and

training; developed new plastic valve product line (both design and manufacture of); enhanced water

treatment devices (reverse osmosis, de-ionization, water softening for commercial/city/plant systems);

developed irrigation system valves; worked with screw machines, paint systems and assembly; improved

electronic controllers/programming for the various valves; worked with OEM’s (Culligan International,

etc.) in Europe and Asia, traveled overseas to educate customers on how to use, service, troubleshoot, and

market our products in their systems; developed a vendor certification program and JIT system;

Juran to 1300 people; oversaw Maintenance Department (30 people-3 shifts); worked with stamping

presses and tooling, injection molding and tooling, EPS molding and tooling, wire cutoff and welding

grids, high solids/Ransburg painting system, wash system, paint stripping system, metal forming, tin

dipping, copper forming, brazing, parts packs, evacuation and charging systems; improved sub and final

assembly lines; introduced new product with marketing; participated in hardware shows at McCormick

Place; enhanced vendor inspection and quality control for purchasing; developed compressor failure and

warranty analyses for sales and service; was a fire brigade member and trainer; was in charge of cost

improvement program
