Thoroughly experienced customer service with automotive breakdown repair background including

extensive customer service with one on one with all customers about the repair of their vehicles,

management of numerous technicians and their time, and all administrative duties of the

dealership. As well as an extensive education in the business environment and the human services

with management. I am smart, reliable, and responsible, work well independently and on a team as

well. I am so anxious of the future and delivering myself into a Human Services field in the new

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Customer Service

Advising customers of regular maintenance on their vehicle

Listen to their concerns and their requirements, then prepares orders that describe the

problem, the potential fixes needed, the time it takes to complete the repair and the

estimated cost, broken down by labor and parts

For customers who cannot afford or do not want the recommended repairs, I can offer

alternatives and explain the consequences of those options

Finally, handling any complaints the customer may have and makes sure she is satisfied

with the service.

Technical Skills

Mechanical skills are also necessary to the job. I am able to diagnose problems based on

what the customer initially tells them and by asking the right questions

They then visually inspect the area of concern for additional clues before conveying this

information accurately to technicians, who can locate the problem and apply the correct fix

When technicians are done, advisers must be able to translate complex automotive terms

and procedures into something that consumers can understand. They must explain how

repairs were made and justify the consumer’s cost.
