1) Manufacturing Engineer Intern Tecton Products,LLC, Fargo (May’12 –
Aug’12)
• Capability analysis: Performed capability analyses for pultrusion fiberglass products for about 35 profiles.
• Time studies: Evaluated cycle times and improved time performed to do different task by the labor.
• Minitab coaching: Received 2 day Minitab coaching by the company.
• Mechanical assembling: Assembled some of the mechanical components used in the pultrusion machinery.
2) Industrial Engineer Intern Jain Tools And Dye pvt.lmt, Delhi, India(May’11-

• Supply chain management: Learned how the supply chain works. Met suppliers and clients for raw material
and customers for selling goods.

RESEARCH PROJECTS
1) “To increase the throughput of the paint system trail” Trail King Industries
Project
• Process Optimization
• Cost Analysis: Analyzed cost of paint, labor, electricity etc and worked to minimize it.
• Ergonomics: Introduced new ways of doing work like added railing in sandblasting chamber and paint
booths for trailers, introduced ergonomical mats for workers.
• Inventory Control: Introduced new procedure which helped in saving cost of production and space.
• Redesign work station: Introduced one more bathing area for trailers and gave a new design in which less
space and les travelling time was spend.
• Time studies: Analyzed time for whole procedure and in parts of making, waiting, sandblasting, bathing,
painting and final assembly of the trailers.
2) “A local fast food chain(spicy pie)”
• Work station redesign: Designed a new workstation in which distance from kitchen to floor was decreased.
• Ergonomics: Introduced mats for workers, suggested oven at arm level, gave LCD screen for orders.
• Time studies: Evaluated preparation time for different dishes, time to travel from workstation to kitchen,
time to give and take orders, queue time, order time.
Achievements and Activities .
• Awarded with tuition scholarship of $ 25000 by North Dakota State University.
• Active member of ‘Art of Living” Organization.
