FLSmidth is an international manufacturing company that designs equipment for making cement from initial

design through production, installation, and startup.

Proposal Engineer 2006-2013

Managed development of cement plant and Supplementary Cementicious Materials proposals using the

FLSmidth Oracle based ATLAS Business System including layout, sizing and costing. Interfaced

successfully with global cross functional teams to create proposals.

• Established innovative proposals for a new department and new design standards

• Was instrumental in bringing a $100 million proposal satisfactorily to contract

• Worked with Heat exchangers, crushers, screw conveyors, air slides, roller mills, cooling water

systems, etc.

• Designed proposal from concept through drawing, to equipment sizing and equipment

and electrical lists, to final customer document
