• Chemical analysis of food such as Fat, Protein, Moisture, Ash, Cholesterol, food Nutritional, Nutritional Facts

label, Food allergen, acidity, salt, water activity, Osmolarity Particle Size etc using AOAC, AOCC, ASTA and

USDA approved methods. Some Microbiological work using Microscope & Stereoscope.

• Perform quality control determinations to validate results with each sample run and check results with control

limits and report, following EPA, FDA and CFR regulations. Knowledge of ISO certification.

• Receive samples, log-in, Create report and enter data in the computer, Ordering and Managing Laboratory

Supply and many other Laboratory responsibility.

• Generate MSDS(material safety data sheet)for various products. Experience in Shelf life study.

• Excellent computer skills such as Window XP, Microsoft Office, Word Excel, Power Point, experience with

Quick Books and with maintain office budget.
