• As a Business Development Director with PwC, developed the PwC brand (now IBM) as the lead System
Integrator (SI) for SAP services to the financial services industry in North America. As a result achieved $18
million of new business services in 9 months.
• As a Practice Head at Deloitte Consulting built the SAP Financial Services Practice into a profitable business.
• Managed a 12-man proposal team charged with securing and implementing a $278MM financial
transformation RFP. SAP was the enabling technology.
• Created a professional services relationship between PwC and a major Swiss insurance conglomerate for PwC
to provide system integration and business transformation services in all their North American and Caribbean
entities. Subsequently, closed this business with a value of $250 million and as a result of this success
recruited by Deloitte Consulting to build and manage their SAP FSI Practice.
• Directed the development of all business applications and technical infrastructure for a $957 million credit
rating firm. Project had a ‘drop-dead’ completion date and achieved on time completion. Consequently,
charged as an agent of change to transition existing staff, hire, train, and motivate new staff members, and
export the new systems to overseas offices. Created a global entity-relationship data model and directed its
implementation in a relational database management system.
