having approximate 400 km length of Pipeline and above ground installation

(AGI) works (9 Stations).

Responsibilities

Working as E & I lead Engineer reporting to AGI manager and responsible for

E & I works. Presently, ensuring that the development is going on as per

the specification without violating project standards and same time my

involvement in coordinating and supervising, foreman & technicians to meet

as per project schedule and made the process clear that providing the

report of daily activity of each staff by end of day and incase of any

delay in project that will maintain and reported to reporting manager, In

case of any modification are deviation from the project that will be raised

technical query (TQ) to clarify with client, before proceeding the job the

materials must be get approval from client through material approved

request(MAR) as per project requirement, as built preparation and secondary

cable tray routing as per field condition.

. Involving of Project plan, Procedure preparation in comply with

International standards Project requirement, Method statement and

Inspection test plans as per Project Specification.

. Leading the team of E & I to ensure that Project works meets the

required Specification on schedule.

. Coordinate with Cathodic Protection Technicians for quality of

Installation works.

. Maintain the E & I Documents as per Client Standard.

. Coordinate with client and vendors for all technical E & I related

Issues of Project.

. Conduct Internal Audit with Client and third parties.

. Conduct Material Inspection, for conforming receiving materials are as

per project Specification.

. Raising and controlling Material Damage reports, following with

clients for Materials and arranging Installation at site.

. Preparation of Preservation check sheets of required materials based

on vendor document and company Preservation procedure.

. Coordination with Vendor, client and Subcontractors for pre loop check

and loop checking.

. Coordinate with Design team for site quarries and practical

difficulties of Installation works, and suggesting decisions according

to situation.

. Maintaining all red line drawings incorporation RFI response and hand

over to As-built group for Issuing to client.

. Preparing time sheets for technicians and scheduling their vacation

without affecting progress.

. Coordinate for E&I pre-commissioning, commissioning & mechanical

completion.

. Inspection of execution from the stage of Starting to the handing over
