The GIS group envisions effective management of its Money Management Outsourcing Process. Money

Manage Outsourcing process mission is to manage customer’s investment. Today the process is manual and

lacks visibility. It is envisioned to automate the process and provide greater insight into process

management and accounting. This is one of the most complex process implementation of Lombardi Team

Works till date it contains inbound as well as outbound web services, data services, UCA, Timer, Calendar,

Role Management. This application has utilized most of the features provided by Lombardi during work

flow implementation. This application has dependency/ interaction with 4 different database systems and

web services has been used widely throughout the application. The project has been broken up into different

transactions.

Cash Reconciliation process mission is to reconcile fund discrepancies of client’s mutual funds to support

the correct calculation of Net Asset Value of the fund.

SuRPAS process mission is to manage customer’s investment in Mutual funds and Fund Accounting. This

application has dependency on different external systems and web services has been used widely

throughout the application.

Also, have migrated these projects to client environment without any issues.

Releases are decided based on workflow solutions of products.

Scope: This would involve the following activities:

Requirement gathering from client.

Development of coach mock ups.

Presentation of coach mock ups in front of client and finalization of requirements.

Development of finalized services.

Unit testing of whole application.
