situations, when office management thought success impossible, including special requests from the corporate

President for public events and or for very high profile clients, and one life or death situation when I had to stop

a train and redirect a package to an ill child.

branch and acting Branch Manager when the Branch Manager was in the other city. The other branch was

understaffed so the Branch Manager stayed there filling in as a Teller, Personal Banker etc. leaving me acting

Branch Manager, completely self- taught, for six months. Simultaneously I was learning the Personal Banker

position, self- taught also. My accomplishments during that time...
