I have been involved, in safety management for most of my adult life. I
take pride in making sure our projects are profitable, on time and no
injuries. I also take pride in reducing L&I costs thus allowing a greater
refund of insurance payments and lower experience modifier. I am able to
do this because of my experience and also by working as a team to develop a
safe climate where management and workers actively contribute to a
profitable and safe environment. I am looking for a safety position where I
can utilize my training and experience to help the company grow safely and
