OBJECTIVE

Feb 2013- Cashier/Bookkeeping Associate, Home Depot (PT)
Current As Cashier/Bookkeeping Associate it is my job to actively
seek out customers and ring them out. It is also my job
to assist with the balancing of the stores on hand cash.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Assist customers in finding products.
Provide knowledge on a product or find an associate that
can.
Assist customers with applying for a Home Depot credit
card.
Assist customers with returning an item.
Order cash to operate location and prepare bank deposits
totaling over $50,000 daily to be sent to the bank.
Assist with correcting time slips for associates.
Balance the store vault daily.
Accomplishment - To date, I have been recognized twice
for my customer service and once for stopping the theft
of an item.
Oct. 2011- Service Manager, Wells Fargo Bank
Sept.2013 As the Service Manager I was responsible for the
administration and efficient daily operation of a full
service branch office teller line and in the Branch
Manager's absence, the branch itself. This included daily
scheduling, coaching and support of the teller line and
bankers, lending, product sales, including profits and
productivity, customer service, and security and safety
in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
Developed new deposit and loan business; provides a
superior level of customer relations and promoted the
sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and
staff motivation.
Achieved individual and branch sales goals through new
business sales, referrals and retention of account
relationships.
Provided leadership, training and supervision; delegates
day to day operations to the Operations Officer or other
branch personnel.
Attained established Bank and branch goals through active
participation in sales management and officer call
programs.
Participated in community affairs to increase the Bank's
visibility and to enhance new and existing business
opportunities.
Created and analyze management information and reports.
Formulated policies and set targets and ensure they are

Accomplishment - I successfully led my team through 2
audits and was listed as one of the top 10 Service
Managers in the Greater Washington DC area. Ranked
number 4 and then I achieved the ranking of the number 1
Service Manager.
Oct. 2010- Lead Teller, Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank
Sept. 2011 As Lead Teller it was my job to assist in the day to day
operations of the teller line as well as meet my daily
referral goals and provide excellent service to the
customers. I was also to act as Service Manager during
their absence. This included but was not limited to:
Meeting daily referral goal of 4 products a day by
uncovering the need for a service we provide that the
customer did not already have.
Completed deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments
and any other services requested by the customer.
Maintaining an Extremely Satisfied rating of service from
customers by daily coaching of tellers and bankers, as
well as being available to resolve any customer issues.
Daily balancing of my cash line.
Completing monthly operational tasks, to include random
audits of teller cash lines, branch keys and ATMs.
Ordered cash for the branch to ensure that we are
prepared daily to handle the needs of the customers.
Made sure the schedule provided was followed by the
teller team and inform management of any changes that may

Accomplishment - During my time in this position I
successfully led both branches I worked at through their
audits as there were no Service Managers and I assisted
the Store Manager at my latter branch through the merger
of Wachovia and Wells Fargo.

Sept. 2011 As Teller it was my job to complete deposits,
withdrawals, check cashing and any other service
requested by the customer. I also had to meet my daily
referral goal. Other duties included but weren't limited

Meeting daily referral goal of 3 products a day by
uncovering the need for a service we provide that the
customer did not already have.

Maintaining an Extremely Satisfied rating of service from
customers by meeting and exceeding all of their
expectations of service during their transactions.
Completing monthly operational tasks i.e: Verifying and
destroying files that have met their retention date.
Accomplishment - During my time in this position I was
recognized for my excellent customer service, maintaining
a score of 80% or better during this time period.
Jan 2007- Cashier/Customer Service Representative, Lowes
Mar 2007 As Cashier/Customer Service Representative It was my job
to ring out customers and ensure they had a positive
customer experience. I also worked the front desk
answering phones. Other duties included but weren't
limited to:
Assisted customers apply for a Lowes credit card.
Solved customer complaints and getting management
involved if it needed to be escalated.
Accomplishment -During my time in this position I was
promoted from a seasonal worker to a part -time worker,
one of only two that were promoted.
