• Responsible for a wide range of first level resolutions and troubleshooting for software and
hardware including, but not limited to: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, OS X, McAfee
antivirus, McAfee Endpoint Encryption, VPN solutions via Neoteris and RSA token assignment,
VPN solutions via AT&T Netclient, Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix
WYSE terminals, hardware support, application installation, LAN and WLAN network
troubleshooting, Active Directory account management, and many proprietary local and web-
based applications.
• Responsible as a team member for coordinating and managing over 65,000 users in Active
Directory across 9 Domains, with dozens of differing group policies related to OU's and their
application use.

• 300+ hours of lab time completed, working in the state-of-the-art Cisco lab at the Tarrant County
College Northeast campus.
• Comprehensive case studies completed implementing IGP's RIP, EIGRP, Multi-area OSPF
over PPP, HDLC and Frame Relay multipoint, point to point, and point to point configurations in
both IPv4 and IPV6.
• Implemented best practice design and advanced routing such as traffic shaping, route filtering,
summarization, and authentication.
• Work included extensive experience in both proprietary and industry standard technologies,
including but not limited to: HSRP, Distribution Lists, Route Maps, Prefix Lists, Offset Lists,
summary routes, route update authentication in RIP/EIGRP/OSPF, AAA, Radius, NAT (including
NAT/PAT, NAT Overload), ACL's, VPN's, GRE Tunnels, and various transition methods for
incorporating IPv6 into existing networks.

configurations, Etherchannel configurations, Inter-VLAN routing, Vlan's, SSH, and deep

• Used Wireshark to get a more granular view of network traffic passing through networks, and
provide a better understanding of network protocols, packet formation and contents, and the
behavior and output generated by traffic.
