Ensure that the ESL PC and Winterm devices are

stable and available to support members and

internal business units at all times:

. Provide technical support for all PC, Winterm

and other PC related equipment and devices.

Troubleshoot complex problems

. Ensure that all PC and Winterm devices operate

at peak performance and that key devices are

properly backed up, maintained and electronically

secured (anti-virus, critical patches, etc.)
