Model Identification using Aspen HYSYS Sept 2012 – Dec 2012

•The objective of this project was to carry a step test plan, identify a MPC model, calculate LP cost and

tune move suppression values.

•The controllers were tuned for a good controller performance and a control scheme was prepared

•Pre testing was conducted to find maximum allowable step change and step testing was carried out

•Model Identification was performed using generated data to build control models
