• Support VP of Internal Audits and Controls, 2 Audit Managers and 3 Senior Auditors.

• Create and distribute Boardbook to Audit Committee and Executives for Quarterly Audit Committee

Meetings.

• Maintains and manages the non-Sox open issues list resulting from audits observations; & tracks

action items and related due dates and updates the status based on feedback from the Auditees;

proactively follow-up with Auditees as needed to update issues list.
