I am an associate with Tata Consultancy Services since 16th Jul, 2012 and

my total work experience is 1.5 years. I am working in the domain of

telecommunication for client Tata Tele Services Ltd. I have been mainly

involved in analysis, design and implementation using Comptel instant link.

My experience has provided me sound knowledge of all prepaid subscriber

provisioning flow, and all phases of software development lifecycle right

from requirement analysis to maintenance of a project.

> My technological forte is Comptel SAS and IL, UNIX, PL/SQL. I am also

aware of JAVA SE, JAVA WE. My current role is Assistant Software

programmer, Developer, for activation Provisioning.

Description Tata DoCoMo, the joint venture between

telecom majors Tata Teleservices (TTSL) and

Japan-based NTT DoCoMo forayed into GSM

operations by launching its services in 19

circles.

The project is to automate the GSM

provisioning with the new HLR's Nokia Siemens

Network - Apertio One HLR and HUAWEI HLR with

the existing provisioning applications, like

EPOS, Metasolv, TIBCO, CRM and Comptel IL.

Comptel vendor developed the New Network

Element interfaces and business service tool

work flows such that the Comptel Instant link

application can directly speaks with the GSM

HLR's for provisioning.

The GSM NSN Apertio One HLR supports LDAP

protocol and the other GSM HLR HUAWEI

supports MML Commands

Project 3 / SAS Monitor Tool (Web based

Title multi-purpose tool)

Description In SAS application, transactional data is

deleted at scheduled intervals to ensure

efficient performance of SAS. To resolve

customer complaints which were pending since

long time/ cases where transactional data had

been archived, Application monitoring team

depended on upstream systems to get

provisioning details and then provide

resolution to the customer.

After a thorough analysis of SAS application,

a web based tool was designed by which, older

transactional data which was moved to history

tables could be easily accessed from the GUI.

Over a period of time, many day to day

operational activities which were performed

manually and involved repetitive work were

automated to the extent possible.

Project 4/ Title Integrating Comptel IL with KIRUSA platform

for VMB Provisioning

Period Jun 13 - July 13

Description The new requirement of project is to automate

the CDMA VMB provisioning with the LUCENT

HLR's with the VMB platform (KIRUSA) thus

reducing the depending with other OSS/BSS

systems and to achieve 30sec SLA for VMB

subscription.

VMB Platform is mainly provisioning the VMB

services (Voice SMS Services for CDMA

Technology). There is a need of Provisioning

tool for product Development and Process

Automation of Voice SMS (AVS) Product on

HLR's.
