Professional Qualifications

• Experience in utilizing Microsoft Software Applications and Excellent Interpersonal skills

• Project management abilities to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation i.e. identifyin

scheduling assigned tasks.

• Personal communicator with abilities to read, write, speak, and the English language and communicating information concerning

resident’s condition.

• Knowledge of risk management assessments opposing direct threats to the health or safety of individuals in the workplace.

• Ability o move intermittently throughout the workday.
