Serve as a highly visible deterrent in the public eye. Provide physical security and entry access control at
designated locations and ensure personnel entering abroad the installation have proper access media
to enter Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Provide security and allow only authorized personnel entry at the
Coalition Force Land Command Center (CFLCC). Enforce and ensure all personnel follow
installation rules and regulations designated by the installation commander. Control personnel and
vehicle entry and exit including U.S. government personnel and coalition force. Inspect all deliveries
and vehicles in accordance with standard procedures for IEDs or unauthorized materials. Perform
security surveillance and monitor for threats in delegated area and ensuring that all military
equipment deemed vital to the U.S. government and personnel are secure. Handle military and
contracted convoys entering and departing designated entry control points. Perform intelligence
gathering and security operational duties as tasked in support of protection. Conduct inspections of
personnel and vehicles using systems such as ion scanners and under-vehicle-surveillance systems.
Monitor the perimeters and maintain security for extreme activity that may pose a threat to the
installation compound at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Screen employees entering at entrance control
points by utilizing the Astrophysics Scanner, Secure 1000, and conduct pat down searches to detect
contraband from entering the compound.
