evaluation of staff to insure implementation of daily operations for the
behavioral day program serving the developmentally disabled population
exiting Lanterman, High school transitional programs, psychiatric hospitals
and transfers from other behavioral day programs. Maintain all state,
federal, and funder requirements and standards.

I instructed 40-45 students with developmental disabilities on computer
applications and basic clerical skills, and managed two instructors' aides.
As an instructor, I was responsible for the initial evaluation report,
determining productivity, setting goals and objectives.
1996-2003 - Computer Instructors/Client Coordinator: Instructed 12-15
industrially injured students on computer applications that included but
not limited to MS Office. As an instructor, I was responsible for weekly
progress reports, testing and attendance.

ESL Instructor: Taught beginners ESL to an average of 10 students.
Client Coordinator: As a Client Coordinator I assisted in extra curricular
activities and the Trainee of the Month meetings for the developmentally
disabled population.
