• Accountable for operations of a 2.5 million dollar annual producing Restaurant

Showroom. Qualified in all training required by Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Ensured Starwood Brand Standards guidelines were implemented to the guest and

followed by all associates. Various training including personal development,

compliance training, food and beverage policy and procedure, hiring and training

of all employees, payroll, scheduling, developing and maintaining a high standard

of service to the guest which is measured through surveys and rating system.

Manager is also measured in a rating system and held accountable to General

Manager, Human Resources and Outlet F & B Director. Restaurant outlet included

deluxe table service, buffet and cocktails. Manager oversees entire crew including

reservation desk and monitors performers. Dealt with all union rules and

regulations concerning employees and management.

• Developed personal relationships with all agencies in Waikiki and abroad,

including Japan, China, Canada, and the U.S. mainland. Waikiki tour desks and

office visits weekly. Kept tracking system to reach personal achievements of sales

calls to exceed goals to increase restaurant numbers. Reported directly to Director

of Food and Beverage Manager, Sales Senior Manager and General Manager.

Developed thinking out of the box methods to create and apply new ideas.

• Assisted at the main lobby restaurant and bar. This outlet offers breakfast, lunch

and dine ner, buffet, a la carte menus and room service. There is full service bar

and lounge which operates all day and night.

• Held occasional weddings, variety shows, project graduations, banquet and other

shows in the showroom area. Stars in Concert, American Timescape, Nix at Night,

Danny Couch, Martin Nivera, Keiki Hula, Pageants and much more.
