Provided administrative support to the Executive Vice President / Chief

Financial Officer and Vice President / General Counsel.

Responsible for company credit cards and cash expense reports; processed through

Excel and the JD Edwards Accounting system. Accounts payable transactions.

Prepared, analyzed, and reconciled expense accounts, cash flows, and budget

reports.

Processed daily purchase and sale transactions into Transaction Lifecycle

Management system; analyze information and coordinate with various departments

to ensure timely and accurate input of information.

Generated contracts from Transaction Management software; reviewed and edited

contracts as needed.

Served as the point of contact for each contract and acted as a liaison between

traders, legal, operations, risk management, and accounting departments.

requirements, credit terms, and import / export compliance as needed for various

correspondence, changes and/or deviations, and payment schedules.

and maintenance of accurate contract records and files. Concentration on

identifying potential problems.

Created paperless document storage for company legal counsel.

Initiated company record management policy for all paper documents and maintain

the upkeep of policy.
