ensure proper operation.

Handing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgeons' assistants, holding retractors and cutting sutures, and

performing other tasks as directed by surgeon during operation.

Preparing dressings or bandages and applying or assisting with their application following surgery.

Cleaning and restocking operating room, gathering and placing equipment and supplies and arranging instruments

according to instructions, such as a preference card.
