> Determined data structure of sensor integration, data schema/model of

Data Warehouse, and concept of structure for rule generation

> Provided research on mathematical concepts and previous algorithms for

sensor integration research, robotics and direction for mechanical

development

> Environment - Neural Net Software, SQL Server 2008 SSIS, SSAS, SSRS,

Erwin, Visual Studio, Hardware (Sensors, and Actuators/Servos)

Proof of Concept - Developed methodology for handling Big Data (volume,

velocity, and variety) using an Artificial Intelligence Architecture to

handle data from multiple sensors in a Neural Network to provide

"snapshots" of conditions for a Data Warehouse. This architecture would

derive "If/Then Rules" of Intelligence for the environment for a

Fuzzy/Expert System to drive Servos for movement of a tool. This would

provide "knowledge" for the system. Exceptions in the learned environment

would require new "knowledge" which the system would then adapt to with new

rules. The system would "learn." When one considers a group of sensors for

pressure, temperature, optics and optical ranges, interacting with multiple

conditions, and providing continuous data; one can begin to appreciate the

use of an architecture that simplifies the utility of the data for

adaptation to the dynamic environment.
