Resume:

My name is Justin Pickle. I am a very hard working, dependable, and outgoing person. I have over 2 years experience in operating a sit down forklift and 6 months operating a stand up forklift. I have an open availability and reliable transportation. I also do not mind working overtime.

Work history:

Meineke car care center- 10/2013 to 10/2013; I was a lubetech for the Meineke in Edmond, Oklahoma for a month. They terminated me and did not give me a reason.

Edmond Sun-2/2013 to 7/2013; I was a pressman assistance for the local newspaper in Edmond, Oklahoma. My job duties were to assist the pressman/ machine operator in anything he needed including reloading the big paper rolls on the machine and bending the metal plates once they were printed on our machine. Also had to unload the paper trucks with a sit down forklift. I quit there because the third week I worked there, they promised me a raise from $7.25 an hour to $9.50 an hour, but I never got the raise or promotion in the 5 months I worked there.

Newspin 360- 6/2012 to 11/2012; I was a photographer for a company that built virtual tours of electrical substations. My job was to travel across the United States taking still photographs or the substations and all assets that were in each one including the control houses. I really liked this job, but could not travel for more than a week at a time, and when I would leave for the job I would be out of town for 3 weeks out of the month and back for a week or less.

Jays Truck Van and Auto Parts- 5/2011 to 6/2012; I worked at the salvage yard as a teardown technician. I would pull transmissions and engines out of wrecked cars, and pulled any parts the customer would need. This is where I learned how to operate a sit down forklift. I had to pick up cars and bring them to the shop from our yard.

Hobby Lobby Warehouse- 10/2010 to 5/2011; I worked as a truck loader, loading products off of a conveyor belt and stack the boxes neatly into a wall. Sometimes I worked more than 65 hours a week. I quit working at the warehouse to go back to working at the salvage yard.

Jays Truck Van and Auto Parts- 11/2009 to 9/2010; I was a teardown tech for the salvage yard. Pulled parts for customers and also pulled engines and transmissions out of wrecked cars. I quit working here to go work at Hobby Lobby Warehouse.

Education:

Guthrie High School: 8/2002 to 5/2007; I graduated with a 3.8 GPA. I was involved in National Honor Society because of my academic excellence. I also was involved in cross country, track, and baseball.

University of Central Oklahoma: 8/2007 to 5/2008; I went to UCO right after I graduated high school. I was a full time college student trying to figure out what career choice I wanted to go into, but I needed to get a job to pay bills. I quit going to school, so I could get a full time job.

I am a very hard working, dependable, and punctual individual. In desperate need of a job to pay bills. I'm not afraid to work hard or very long hours.
