• Commercial Supply Chain escalation issue resolution and procurement for Third Level Support for
NA, APJ and EMEA
• Receive requisitions: analyze for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor PO activity to ensure completed PO’s are closed in system.
• Update ship-to-dates as required on PO’s to reflect accurate delivery dates.
• Develop sources, request pricing and delivery; select suppliers, place orders, follow up until
equipment is received.
• Advise management of market conditions and supplier base activity, which could affect pricing
and/or delivery.
• Extensive use of SharePoint, large Access databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Conduct or participate in special projects such as improvement initiatives
IT PROJECT COORDINATOR:
DATA CENTER SERVER MOVE PROJECT CHANGE SUPERVISOR:
• Responsibility for and accountability to senior level management for the timely movement of over
18,000 servers through the build process in support of Data Center Consolidation Project (DCC)
• Oversight of Hardware Technical Support queues for hardware decommission
• Data Center HTS contact liaison for server forklift projects, server move projects and exit move
projects ranging in size from a half dozen to over 1600 servers.
