January 2010 to Present - Concrete Sealants Inc. New Carlisle OH
Mixing Department Team Leader- (January 2012 to present) Start the operation of all mixers on the department floor, organize what machines and what batches my team members will be producing each day, review all material management sheets, train new employees on job requirements, responsibilities, and day to day objectives, meet weekly with supervisors and managers to review departments production quota. Ensure daily-manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently.
Mixer Operator - In this department 95% of the material is manufactured on site. Major responsibilities include with running several machines throughout the day that blend and masticate rubbers, oils, and silicates into a smooth and homogeneous substance. Frequently required to perform setup for all mixer, following a specific list of machine unique materials.
Extrusion Line Technician - After the material has passed the inspection process, it is then extruded into various thicknesses and lengths in preparation or global distribution. Assured quality of the product and that customer requirements were met. After this final check, boxed product for final distribution.
Laboratory technician – Coordinated gathering of samples of certain materials to be retained for performance testing and quality assurance. Samples were trimmed according to specifications and continually tested and tracked until failure or success the product. Recorded and reported results.
Summer 2007 - Branham Construction, Dayton OH
Carpenter (Framer) - Constructed homes from the concrete slab until the roof was complete. Also installed the sheeting (plywood) to the exterior walls. This task was completed by referencing the blueprints.
August 2005 to December 2009 - Intramurals Referee, Clarion University, Clarion PA
Refereed all intramural activities such as football, hockey, and basketball. Also responsible for assuring correct set-up of the necessary resources for each sport.
Summer 2005 - Lawrence Technologies Inc. Dayton, OH
Assembler - Operated several machines including a lathe and a press. Primary responsibility was in the paint booth, coating washer motors for U.S. military vehicles. Also regularly operated a sandblaster to clean parts in preparation for soldering.
