companies. I worked on both desktop and web- based application projects. My

1 Accomplishments

Designed and implemented a stand-alone rate storage utility program. This

shorted the rate update process performed by insurance companies from a two

week task to no more than three days.

Designed and programmed complex business rules that adhered to regulatory

and compliance requirements set by our clients and Federal agencies.

Maintained end-user help utilities that are linked to our desktop and web-

based applications. The utilities provided both product and system help

functionality as users navigated within the software.

Designed, developed and provided support for a Cellular Phone and

Accessories Tracking system. The system was designed for technical support

personnel to keep track of all in/out coming actions and inventory.

Database models were developed using MS Access 7.0. Reports and queries

were developed using MS Access and Visual Basic 5.0

Built visual class libraries with customized objects.

Generated new query tool, additional reports and forms which helped in

system tests.

Worked on a project to convert enterprise applications to be Year 2000
