I am interested in pursuing a management position with your company. I have worked in
restaurants most of my adult life. I started in management, and have been an
Owner/Operator, District Manager, Operations Manager Chief Operating Officer of
various restaurant concepts. Both Casual and Fine Dining.
Management Style
I always like to lead by example. There is no task in a restaurant that a leader should
consider “not his job”. For any restaurant to be successful everyone needs to know that
teamwork is how we accomplish great things. People need to be treated with respect, and

Managing Partner, responsible for Restaurant Decoration, Staffing, Training,
Menu development. Opening and closing procedures. Customer Service
Training. Developing a radio and print media advertising campaign. Worked
with various Country Clubs, such as, Valencia Shores, Wycliff, Buena Vida,
Olympia, Palm Beach Polo Club and various others to implement special
dining initiatives regarding pricing discounts and special food requests.
Prepare large catering events for 600-1,000 people for National and
International Equestrian Events in Wellington and Lake Worth. Prepared in
home catering events for some of America’s well known personalities during
the Winter Equestrian/Polo/Dressage season.

Addison House Furniture (Wellington, FL.) Jul. 2003-May
2007
Showroom Mgr. responsible to sell, America’s leading Furniture Brands to
local consumers. Visit customers at home to help design and make sure the
space (s) were adequate to receive their new furniture. Train a team of
installers and delivery drivers. Hire Sales clerks. Prepare ads for Design
Magazines and T.V.
Stilleto’s Restaurant (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) Sept. 1999-Dec.
2001
General Mgr. helped design the dining room of this brand new 250 seat Fine
Dining Italian Restaurant. Menu and Bar Development. Hiring and training
servers, bussers, line cooks and cleaning staff. Prepared special events for the
two Super Bowl teams the week leading up to Super Bowl Sunday. Ran day to
day lunch and dinner and supervised the dining room on Friday nights when
300-500 people would come for dinner and dancing. Hired musicians and DJ’s
for weekly entertainment. All front of house responsibilities.
Koo Koo Roo California Kitchen (Miami, FL.) Aug. 1997- Sept. 1999
District Supervisor, responsible for 4 units, from Boca to South Miami. Hired
Kitchen Mgr.’s, Store Mgr.’s. Advertising agencies. Train and implement
procedures expected by corporate in Los Angeles. Prepared monthly P&L
statements, budgets and cost control analysis regarding food and labor.
Bellente Restaurant Group (Miami, FL.) 1993-1997
Assistant to the CEO, responsible, for Building Carpaccio Restaurant in
BalHarbor Shoppes. Help complete the construction of Mezzanotte
Restaurant in both Boca Raton and Coconut Grove. Built the first Mario
Andretti’s Express Pasta in Margate, FL. Was point person on kitchen
design, menu design, hiring kitchen staff, and servers. Implementing brand
new procedures for a brand new concept. Helped in the negotiations to sell the
Company to an International conglomerate.
