Reporting to the CEO as competency owner for corporate Compliance/Data Privacy. I also report to the CIO as head of the PMO.

Delivery Management (reporting to the CIO)
• Establish and manage the Project Portfolio Management strategy and direction. Establish Project
Management Office (PMO) and supporting governance (PPM $5M, 265 employees, 600 Physicians,
200,000 members/patients). Implement and manage Data Warehouse ETL solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure successful engagements. Developed initiatives to establish
SLA policies and SOW deliverables that reduced annual operating costs $2.2M.

Lead consultant manager responsible for all interagency resources supporting the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Program
(CERP) data management projects. Responsible for both the strategic direction and tactical implementation of IT projects.
Established the qualification methodology and the portfolio management for enterprise data collaboration
tools for several agencies involved with the Everglades restoration. Integrated Geographic Information
Systems (GIS), hydrologic data modeling systems and scientific analysis software with tools for capturing,
managing, analyzing, and displaying all forms of information via intranet and internet.
Established and maintained the Project Management Office and Release Management controls along with
their supporting data standards and governance.
Managed systems infrastructure of Federal and State CERP projects. Analyzed each agency’s restoration
goals and implemented new procedures resulting in successful solution outcomes, including enhancements
to the Florida Digital Gazetteer database.
